One caption row per language — overflow flagged, exported with the filenames App Store Connect expects.

Why this exists

Localized screenshots eat a whole afternoon.

Ship in eight languages and every release means the same grind: re-frame each screenshot, retype each caption, check it doesn't overflow, and name every file exactly the way App Store Connect wants. Do it in a web tool or a design app and you're paying a subscription to copy-paste.

Polyshot makes it a table. One row per screenshot, one column per language. Type the caption, see overflow flagged per device, pick a frame, and export the whole matrix in one click — straight into the folders fastlane deliver expects. It runs entirely on your Mac.

The language matrix, not a canvas

A simple table: one row per screenshot, one column per language. Type each caption and see per-device overflow flagged as you go — no dragging text boxes around a canvas.

Pixel-exact, ASC-ready

Every export matches Apple's current accepted sizes and lands in <locale>/<NN>_<device>.png with a manifest.json — drop it straight into fastlane deliver or App Store Connect.

Device frames built in

iPhone (Dynamic Island) and iPad frames in four finishes, drawn as vectors so they stay crisp at every export size. No PSDs to hunt down.

Local-first, no account

Your screenshots never leave your Mac. No upload, no cloud, no sign-in — just a native app that opens instantly and exports offline.

FAQ

Who is this for?

Indie developers and solo founders who ship iOS or macOS apps in several languages and redo localized App Store screenshots every release.

Does it translate captions for me?

No. You write or paste each caption; Polyshot keeps them organized in the language matrix and flags overflow per device. Translation assist is on the roadmap (bring-your-own-key), not in v1.

Does it upload to App Store Connect?

No. It exports the exact files and folders fastlane deliver expects — <locale>/<NN>_<device>.png plus a manifest — and you upload with your existing tooling.

Where do my screenshots go?

Nowhere. Everything runs locally on your Mac. There's no account, no cloud, and no telemetry.

Which sizes and devices does it export?

Apple's current accepted App Store screenshot sizes, with built-in iPhone (Dynamic Island) and iPad device frames in four finishes.

Is it a subscription?

No. Polyshot is $19.99 one-time for a lifetime license, with a 14-day free trial before you buy.

Where do support or refund requests go?

Email support@temperstone.net. The refund policy is linked in the footer.
