By downloading, installing, or using software published by Temperstone (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Temperstone(“당사”)이 제공하는 소프트웨어(“본 소프트웨어”)를 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으시면 본 소프트웨어를 사용하지 마십시오.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, Temperstone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

A one-time purchase covers free updates for the lifetime of the major version (for example, v1.x), unless the product page or checkout states otherwise. Future major versions may require a separate purchase.

본 소프트웨어는 판매가 아닌 라이선스로 제공됩니다. 구매 시 당사는 귀하 본인 소유 또는 관리하는 기기에 본 소프트웨어를 설치하고 개인 또는 내부 업무 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적, 양도 불가, 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

제품 페이지 또는 결제 화면에 달리 표시되지 않는 한, 1회성 구매에는 동일 메이저 버전(예: v1.x) 동안의 무료 업데이트가 포함됩니다. 이후 메이저 버전은 별도 구매가 필요할 수 있습니다.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

• 법률이 허용하는 범위를 제외한 본 소프트웨어의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 디스어셈블;
• 본 소프트웨어의 재판매, 재라이선스, 임대, 대여 또는 재배포;
• 저작권, 상표 또는 소유권 표시의 제거 또는 변경;
• 불법적 목적의 사용.

Paid Software is sold through the merchant of record or payment provider shown at checkout. Mac CSV Power Editor and Wallpaper Feed checkouts are currently processed by Polar. Other Temperstone software may use a different provider if that provider is shown on the checkout page. The checkout provider handles billing, tax, order processing, and payment-method data.

유료 소프트웨어는 결제 화면에 표시되는 공식 판매자(merchant of record) 또는 결제 제공업체를 통해 판매됩니다. Mac CSV Power Editor 및 Wallpaper Feed 결제는 현재 Polar를 통해 처리됩니다. 다른 Temperstone 소프트웨어는 결제 화면에 표시된 별도 제공업체를 사용할 수 있습니다. 결제 제공업체는 청구, 세금, 주문 처리 및 결제 수단 정보를 처리합니다.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

환불 요청은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

Your use of the Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

본 소프트웨어 사용은 개인정보처리방침의 적용도 받습니다.

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

본 소프트웨어는 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성 및 비침해성을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않는 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증 없이 “있는 그대로(AS IS)” 그리고 “이용 가능한 상태로(AS AVAILABLE)” 제공됩니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temperstone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 당사는 본 소프트웨어 사용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 이익이나 데이터의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 당사의 총 책임은 귀하가 본 소프트웨어에 대해 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it.

귀하가 본 약관을 위반하는 경우 당사는 귀하의 라이선스를 정지하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 귀하는 본 소프트웨어 사용을 중단하고 이를 삭제해야 합니다.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

당사는 본 약관을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 적용된 이후에도 본 소프트웨어를 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 국제사법 원칙은 적용되지 않습니다.
