This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Temperstone and to waitlist forms hosted on temperstone.net.

Most Temperstone apps do not require account registration. The information processed depends on the app and the feature you choose to use. App-specific notes below describe payment, license, advertising, local-file, and AI-provider flows where they apply. Website waitlist forms may collect the email address, survey answer, and campaign attribution parameters that a visitor submits or arrives with.

When you join a Temperstone website waitlist, we use Loops.so to store your email address, the waitlist or product you joined, your survey answer, and campaign attribution parameters if present (for example UTM source, medium, campaign, content, or term). We use this information only to manage early access, measure demand, and contact you about the relevant product.

Some apps may use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google. AdMob may process data according to Google's policies.

This policy also covers child-directed apps. Temperstone complies with COPPA and does not collect personal information from children.

Temperstone product pages may use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers, devices, regions, and performance. Website analytics are used to improve the site and do not give Temperstone access to your local app files, license keys, LLM API keys, or app content.

Mac CSV Power Editor processes CSV, TSV, and Parquet files locally on your Mac. File loading, SQL queries, pivots, dtype validation, inline edits, and exports run on-device. Temperstone does not upload your data files to a Temperstone server for these features.

License activation, validation, and deactivation use Polar’s license API. The app sends the license key or activation identifier needed for that request, together with a device label used to distinguish activations. The label may be based on the Mac name configured in macOS. License keys, activation identifiers, trial state, and user-supplied LLM API keys are stored in macOS Keychain on the device.

If you use the LLM Batch feature, requests are prepared for the provider you choose, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, using your own API key. Review the data you export or send to those providers; their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Wallpaper Feed is a no-server macOS app. The wallpaper catalog and the bundled Studio Pack are stored on your Mac, and previewing or applying a wallpaper, as well as running time-based Dynamic mode, happens on-device. Temperstone does not run an app-owned backend for browsing or applying wallpapers, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Software updates are delivered with Sparkle from dl.temperstone.net. Update checks request the signed appcast and the download from that domain; they do not send your wallpaper choices or app content to Temperstone.

Keigo Follow-up AI lets users record meeting audio, create transcripts and minutes, draft follow-up emails, and review Japanese business keigo. To provide these features, the app may send user-initiated audio recordings, transcripts, meeting minutes, email draft text, and keigo review text to a Temperstone-controlled backend hosted in a Japan region. The backend forwards the minimum necessary content to the configured AI provider for transcription and text generation. Temperstone does not use this content for advertising or cross-app tracking, and backend request/response bodies are not logged by default.

The app uses RevenueCat and Apple's App Store purchase system to manage subscriptions and entitlement status. Purchase history is processed for app functionality and subscription analytics. The app does not require account registration and uses anonymous subscription identifiers unless a future version explicitly adds account features.

Users are responsible for obtaining consent from meeting participants before recording. AI-generated text should be reviewed by a human before sending.

The 손금 카드 app receives palm photos as input but does NOT analyze, transmit, or persist them. The result card is generated from a deterministic random seed derived from file metadata (size, display name) and a device installation ID — not from photo pixel data. Photo data (Bitmap / Uri reference) is recycled immediately upon entering the Result screen.

Some apps share the Android Advertising ID (AAID) with Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement. This is optional — users can reset the AAID or opt out of ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

• Uninstall the app, or
• On Android, go to Settings → Apps → [App name] → Storage → Clear data, or
• On macOS, remove the app and any app-specific Keychain items you created through the app’s settings or license controls.

앱은 환경 설정, 로컬 기록, 라이선스, 체험 상태 또는 사용자가 입력한 키를 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터를 삭제하려면:
