This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of software published by Temperstone, including IMESync, Mac CSV Power Editor, and Wallpaper Feed. Purchases are processed by the merchant of record or payment provider shown at checkout. Mac CSV Power Editor and Wallpaper Feed checkouts are currently processed by Polar.

본 환불 정책은 IMESync, Mac CSV Power Editor 및 Wallpaper Feed를 포함하여 Temperstone이 게시한 소프트웨어의 1회성 구매에 적용됩니다. 구매는 결제 화면에 표시되는 공식 판매자(merchant of record) 또는 결제 제공업체를 통해 처리됩니다. Mac CSV Power Editor 및 Wallpaper Feed 결제는 현재 Polar를 통해 처리됩니다.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case by case and are typically issued only when the Software fails to function as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue.

구매일로부터 7일 이내에는 사유와 관계없이 전액 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 7일 경과 후의 환불은 건별로 검토되며, 일반적으로 본 소프트웨어가 광고된 대로 작동하지 않고 당사가 문제를 해결할 수 없는 경우에만 환불이 이루어집니다.

We strongly recommend using the available free trial before purchasing to confirm that the Software fits your hardware and workflow.

구매 전 제공되는 무료 체험판을 사용하여 본 소프트웨어가 사용자의 하드웨어 및 작업 환경에 맞는지 확인하시기를 권장합니다.

To request a refund, send an email to support@temperstone.net that includes:

• the order ID or receipt from the checkout provider,
• the email address used at checkout,
• a brief description of the reason (optional within the 7-day window).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by the checkout provider to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• 간단한 사유(7일 이내 요청 시 선택 사항).

당사는 영업일 기준 2일 이내 답변드리는 것을 목표로 합니다. 승인된 환불은 결제 제공업체를 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 처리되며, 거래 은행 또는 카드사에 따라 일반적으로 영업일 기준 5–10일 이내 확인 가능합니다.

Upon refund, your license to use the Software is revoked. You must stop using and uninstall the Software.

환불이 완료되면 본 소프트웨어 사용 라이선스는 즉시 철회됩니다. 귀하는 본 소프트웨어 사용을 중단하고 이를 삭제해야 합니다.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through email. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in revocation of your license.

지급 거절(Chargeback) 절차를 시작하기 전에 먼저 당사에 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 대부분의 문제는 이메일을 통해 신속히 해결할 수 있습니다. 지원팀과의 연락 없이 지급 거절을 신청하는 경우 라이선스가 철회될 수 있습니다.
